At GrassOva, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

  1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must not be installed

  • All original packaging and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Products that have been installed, cut, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. GrassOva is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Installed products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
